Sam’s primary practice focuses on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the development, acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of office towers, shopping centres, industrial properties and hotels. Sam’s clients include pension funds and private developers. Sam has been retained to act as an arbitrator and as an expert witness in disputes involving commercial real estate. Sam has previously been recognized as a leader in the industry by publications including Chambers & Partners.

Sam joined GREENFIELDS LAW after having spent the previous 31 years as a senior partner with the law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP, now Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP.
