Ryan's primary practice focuses on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, and leasing of office, industrial and retail space. Ryan also has experience in corporate, commercial and banking law matters, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, acquisition finance and asset-based lending. Ryan joined the firm of SMBP LAWYERS, now GREENFIELDS LAW, in 2012 after having spent the previous seven years with the law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP, now Norton Rose Fulbright.
